1) the government VISA-on-arrival ppl gave us a $20 bill in change... that we then tried to exchange for Cambodia Riel at the exchange counter...IN THE SAME LOCATION...and they said that the $20 bill was "too old" and they couldn't accept it2) the ATM in town gave us a local currency bill with a rip in it.
