So the contest is like a treasure hunt: The first person who would spend bitcoin at the secret bitcoin store, wins a prize. The secret store would be partnering with the contest organizers, and can't advertise that they accept bitcoin until a winner is found. The store has to reveal that it's the secret store if it's simply asked "Do you take bitcoin?"
The idea is that people would run around asking in different stores "Do you take bitcoin?" and then go away! It might make one or two store owners think.
