Having the same people in charge of both the main discussion forums related to bitcoin introduces too much centralisation of the community and enables groupthink. For community resilience reasons these should be run by different people in my opinion. Banning certain companies or people based on their opinions or business decisions they take is a slippery slope toward censorship. There is also the danger that the community could be compromised if the same people control all these discussion boards if their accounts get hacked or they come under pressure from governments or other agents hostile toward bitcoin. These are voluntary decisions but it is an important point to make.
