I started with the a Gigabyte GTX1070 and very happy with it. There are so many different brands Asus,gigabyte, Zotac, Evga, Msi etc... and models 1fan 2fan Windforce FTW Overclock OC... Whats all the hype between brands? From my understanding they all clock about the same, just different customer service and warranty. And you want a 2fan preferably?
Also, whats the difference between the Green and Blue risers? One says Molex and model number 006, the other is model 006c? Hopefully the blue ones are better. I went with the blue ones. http://bit.ly/2xXCNHy
Do the motherboard standoffs need to touch metal for grounding purposes? Or is it ok to leave them attached in the wood.
Should I have purchased an ASICs antminer instead of all the graphics cards? I've ran some numbers from Nicehash and they seem to make their money back quicker. Thanks for your support!
**Edit Regarding MSI Afterburner, how do my settings look? Ive heard I can push it to 100mhz Core Clock and 750Memory Clock as long as its stable. Does that sound ok? Also whats the point of buying a graphics card thats Overlocked if you can just download a program and overclock it?
