Can someone explain how to setup a D3 (or any ASIC) on zpool.ca?

This is the only pool I haven't tried because the setup isn't very clear and the only guides I see online are for GPU mining. I'm trying to get my D3's setup but am not sure what to put in the stratum address. If you go on the site it has the following link

-o stratum+http://tcp<algo>.mine.zpool.ca:<PORT> -u <WALLET_ADDRESS> [-p c=<SYMBOL>,<OPTIONS>]

I get that wallet address has to go between the brackets, and symbol is for mining coin, but what about PORT/OPTIONS? Any help would be much appreciated as I hear this is currently the most profitable pool for X11 mining
