Ive tried everything to lower the temp of my Gpu which sits around 88°c

on msi after burner even when I unlock voltage control I can't change the voltage. Ive tried other little things , but I would like to mine safely and not worry about my gpu...

I'm mining on my Gigabyte P57 laptop with a GTX 1060 6gb , ik its a laptop and people don't advise this but I just want to slowly get a little bit of bitcoin..
