At this point in time, how many tera / peta hashes would I have to hit to even bother trying to solo mine?

Essentially, if I wanted to gamble, why not solo mine and go for a moonshot? Surely much better odds than the Powerball. At what rate would you consider solo mining for the one in a thousand or one in a million shot?
