People who keep posting "Vegeta is training, vegeta moon, vegeta this, that!" STOP!
Vegeta is NOT the one powering up. Goku is. Vegeta is checking his scouter as Goku's Power Level keeps rising and finally goes OVER 9000!!!!!
So this is a Goku meme basically, because he's the one who's going over 9000!!!! Hope this clears up some confusion.
