UTXO Management

In many years some small early Bitcoin balances may be too expensive to send making them un-spendable and “stuck”. Let’s say for instance that I moved many small balances off of an exchange. Less than $5 or $10 worth at a time. Let’s say for instance that I have 1 BTC with many of these small utxo associated with it. In order to fix this, could I just start sending larger transactions to a new address or would I need to do something like combing all of the smaller transactions specially. My idea would to be to send 1,000,000 sats at a time to the new address as well as bigger transactions until the whole BTC was moved.
