I noticed the top bidder on the S7 I'm selling is from Wabush. I've been looking at property in Wabush since power is cheap, and Cliffs Resources shut down their iron ore mine and is selling off property. I got a reply back saying he is almost finished a 3200sq ft facility, and expects to offer lower pricing than any competing facility. The best prices currently available in Labrador are just under US$50/kW per month.
