18-24 hour mining, is it safe to put my computer through that?

Hi all, haven't mined in a while but I've got a powerful enough desktop now. I'm wondering if mining 18-24 hours a day with my GTX 1070 & i7 6700k will put significant wear on the components. Is there some kind of half-life when it comes to running 100%
