A large portion or the network hashrate has started mining BCC. Shouldn't BTC network hash rate drop?

This site: http://bit.ly/2vmhEFx Shows the network hashrate for BTC at 6382P and BCC at 5900P.

Bitcoinwisdom shows the BTC hashrate steadily increasing.

Where did this 5900P of hashing power for BCC come from??? If that hashing power existed before the fork, shouldn't BitcoinWisdom have reported a nearly 40% drop in hashing power?
