How difficult would it be to set up a small cloud mining business from a legal standpoint? The reason I ask is because I live in Texas in the US. Locally, since it's not like a traditional walk in store, I don't need a business license. Also, startup funds are not a problem as I'm a disabled veteran and have access to special grants and loans to start a small business.
Also, how hard would it be to find a web developer willing to help me set up a website? I'm more of a hardware socialist over software.

Edit: This wouldn't be my primary income. I have a full time job working on airplanes. I referee basketball as an independent contractor so I have 4 years experience of VERY basic business operations.
