Hello! After I upgraded my miner, one of my hashboard became defective, so Barbara told me to download her attached software and my hashboard become effective but there was a burning smell and Barbara said there was nothing wrong with my hashboard but I saw cables and hooks were burnt in 2 hashboards. She said her firmware didn't burn my hashboards and didn't let me speak to other staff and the manager and always delayed my time by not answering my questions. My new unsolved tickets were closed so fast after I created the tickets. She and bitmain want to cheat my money so that I could pay for the hashboard replacements parts. What should I do to complain about her or bitmain? Thank you.
