First off dont tell me I'm wasting my time and money I'm doing this I have everything planned out and understand the cooling and noise this will produce I've found a area close to me that has power for .02 per KWH I live somewhere in Indiana. I need help from someone on here on what I need for a building if I where to build one as this area with the cheap power is in the country and its hard to find a place that I can rent or buy and there is no flex space. So if possible I'd appreciate it if any of you guys could help me out and tell me what I need for planning a building.
