Powering a mining farm

Hey guys,

I'm thinking about starting up a small mining farm in my garage. I have a d3 coming in and I would like to get some s7's, maybe some s9's down the road.

I am located in America. How are you guys powering your rigs? It's come to my attention that it is better to plug these miners into 220v/240v outlets. Do you guys have a 220v outlet for EACH miner?

I can install 220v outlets, but if I need one for each miner this will make things more complicated (I don't want to burn my garage down!)

Any info on how you guys are powering ASIC miners is appreciated.

Also is it possible to run these machines on standard 110v outlets, is it bad for the miner?
