basically, dorm room has 8 outlets, almost certain it's 120 or 110 volt since it's USA. I'm planning to buy an AvalonMiner 741 and the site says I need something with 1300 watts but I don't know where to begin and some people said it's possible to blow a circuit or something so I want to be careful in that regard. So any help is greatly appreciated.
TL-DR: What power supply works with avalonminer 741 and works below the 220 volts since I'm USA?
