My OCD took over and before I knew it I had ordered 30 S9 😩😩😩. I have no choice now, Need help setting up network

I’m pretty good with electrical and pool. Just need help figuring out the network setup. I’m going to be using a 48 port box( unmanaged). Not sure how I go about setting up the miners, what would be the best way so that I keep downtime to a minimum if I start having network issues? Should I dedicate statistic IP for each miner? How would I setup the box so I don’t have a point of failure? Should I setup the router with firewall and VPN. I’m sure I could google but wanted to see if anyone here has first hand experience.
