S9 black thermal paste removal

Hello people,

I've been trying to figure out how to remove the black thermal paste/epoxy from S9's for a almost a year now; it's like a baked on resin that WILL NOT come off.

I've put the boards into toaster ovens at different temperatures and have also tried freezing them before trying various things.

I've used 99% Isopropyl alcohol in an Ultrasonic Cleaner to no avail as well as Branson cleaning fluid. I've also used a heating element to warm the fluids in the Ultrasonic cleaner.

I have scrubbed the crap out of these with various abrasives to no avail.

I'm curious as how to remove the thermal paste to access the hashing chips without damaging them. There must be a way, as Bitmain repairs their own units and I would assume they have the means to remove it readily available.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!!!
