Are there any current methods to borrow against BTC / use BTC as collateral at the moment?

Uk based, but generally here it’s often said that when someone has accumulated enough BTC instead of spending it on,say, a house, we could borrow against it, so that we would still benefit from any further appreciation on the BTC… in reality are there any methods or companies where this could be implemented right now or in the short term future?? via /r/Bitcoin https://bit.ly/3vcwPSE
