How can we know the outcomes of a proposal that intend to go live on next January when there is no code running. Not even on testnet?It's supposed to appears on testnet in the 1st of September. The problem is when one talks about changes, it's impossible to know the outcome before the code is written and tested.How can miners "pseudo" vote on something like that?
