Example:New blocksize is Infinite (get rid of that sucker)The fees scale accordingly..1BTC/MB for the 1st MB in the block.2BTC/MB for the 2nd MB in the block.4BTC/MB for the 3rd MB in the block.8BTC/MB for the 4th MB in the block(It doubles per MB)So.... a 3MB block would have .7BTC in fees (minimum)How does this help the current debate?Junk transactions can spam the .1BTC/MB fee on 1MB blocks, but instead of trying to bypass spammed transactions, the backlog is reduced as users adapt and pay a higher fee.If someone wanted to shut down Bitcoin with transactions, they would have to spend more BTC than there are in existence.Ultimately, the fee structure can be modified, but this keeps BTC from being spammed to death as well as adds an incentive to not abuse and overly grow the blockchain.Posted here because this got me shadowbanned from /r/bitcoin via /r/CryptoCurrency http://bit.ly/1fCkHO7
