I am in college and I pay no utilities for my room in the campus. I'm thinking about mining, but I don't know how to start, I use my laptop for gaming. The thing is, I have to sleep in the room and I share it with a friend, so I can't make too much noise. I've seen some USB miners. If I mine using USB's miners will my laptop be affected? Is there any miner that doesn't make much noise? I have 250$ but I can put together more if I know it's profitable.
