Best computer setup (not ASIC) for mining?

So I have a warehouse/office/studio. We did some calculation and found that we need about 30 TH/s to be able to pay for rent.

We're thinking about building a computer with something like the ASUS B250 and a bunch of GPUs. Reason being, if mining becomes not profitable in the future we can still sell the GPUs, but Antminers would become worthless.

I'm pretty new to this, but before we spend $14,000 on equipment, does anyone have any advice?
