difficulty increase

Hi guys,

what is the average monthly difficulty increase? I'm trying to project the average difficulty increase for the next 3 to 6 months. Can someone point me in the right direction?

also, is the difficulty to reward ratio proportional? i.e. if difficulty increased 10%, would the payout decrease by 10%. so if i was getting $10 daily, and difficulty increased by 10%, does that mean i would then be getting $9 daily?
