s9 13.5 ths Safe temperature (also another question)

i am relatively new on bitcoin mining. i bought some used s9s 13.5th

​

some of them show 77-78 celsius temp on the chip. but in most of them, one of the boards go to 81-82. and in some, 1 board gets to 84.

do you think that temp is safe? is it ok?

also, one of them aparently came with a damaged hash board. but if it is conected, it shows 0 hashrate. can i just remove it and mine with the other 2? will it go higher than 0 ghs?

ohh and also one last question: i had to perform a reset on most of them to get them to work (pressing the reset button for 5 sec after power on). idk if its related to shipping and handling or idk. is that normal? i mean the fact that i had to first do a reset is a signal of another problem? or is it normal?
