Is it to late to buy Btc?

Hi !

I'm 22M from Canada, I've got 25k invested in my TFSA account which I'll need for my house down payment a few years from now. I am debt free.

I also have 5k in my savings account which I don't need at all. I want to invest that 5k in btc and then make small monthly contributions to it but after seeing how much it's value has risen over the last few months, I fear that it might crash soon. I feel like I'm being stupid because of FOMO.

I am willing to loose my 5k but would it still be very stupid to invest in btc right now? I mean I could gamble this 5k tomorrow on a game but the odds of me doubling or loosing the money would be 50 / 50

What are the odds with btc?

Am I too late to the btc party?
