Kraken withdrawal fee still at "temporary" 20x increase

The mempool is pretty much back to normal, sitting pretty at 10 sat/vB or about $0.43...So whats up with Kraken still keeping the BTC withdrawal fee at over $6?They promptly increased the fee because of the congested mempool few months ago, bringing it from 1000 sats to 20,000 sats, a 20-fold increase.
