What is this? Huobi volumes go dead when OKCoin goes offline.

Huobi's volumes just freaking collapsed right when OKCoin went offline and their washing volume came right back when OKCoin resumed trading. Look at this chart of OKCoin and Huobi a couple hours ago when OKCoin went down. There's no way China is 90% of bitcoin trading.Can anyone explain this? via /r/Bitcoin http://bit.ly/1WoC1EX
