Would it make sense for someone in Venezuela to use Bitcoin?

Hey, I have a friend who currently lives in Caracas Venezuela. If you didn't know, Venezuela currently has a terrible case of inflation, and their economy is in the top 3 worst (At least. Maybe it is the worst?) performing economies. The national currency is the Venezuelan bolívar, but that's the currency that's currently being inflated. There really isn't much USD in Venezuela (since the Gov. doesn't allow it).Would it make sense for him to try Bitcoin? via /r/Bitcoin http://bit.ly/237Uj2L
