How do I wash my Bitcoin?

So I’ve been stacking for a couple years now, pretty much only buying through Coinbase. With the recent attempts of regulation in both the US and Canada, I want my crypto to be truly anonymous. How should I go about moving my Bitcoin from my current wallet to a non-kyc exchange so that I can “wash” it? Should I transfer to USDC first?
