I might be able to move into an apartment where power costs are flat-rate ($XX/mo regardless of usage), What miners should I buy that aren't eardrum killers?

I'm looking at buying S5's or S3's or even an S7 and replacing the fans, then placing them on a rack above a fire blanket (Safety first).

I can only pull 14 amps max per breaker, I think there's 3 in the apartment other than the appliances.

So 32A max, which can realistically pull 3KW after losses, so with Antminer S7's I could run 12TH/s, S5's I could run 6TH/s and S3's I could run 3.9TH/s. Less efficient miners are cheap, but more efficient ones could give me a far greater return rate.
