Getting Started Mining?

Hi all, I've been meaning to get into mining recently. I have a few questions getting started:

I have a spare NVidia 760, if I wanted to use this to mine, would the hash rate be good? If I wanted to build a mining rig using the NVidia, what would I need? Another CPU, motherboard or hard drive?

If I don't use my spare GPU, should I just buy an Antminer S9? Is it really "plug and play" as they advertise?

Finally, if I'm mining, is a paper wallet (if I keep it completely secure) safe? Is it better than a Nano Ledger or Trezor?
