How to start up my miners in random order instead of all at once after blackout?

I’m curious how can I make all my miners to start up after a blackout to start up in a random order or in sequential order instead of making them start up all at once?

Also is there an option to make them start up after a blackout automatically or can I do it via Wake on LAN with a router? Is is possible to have a farm basically far from me but still have lots of control over them?
