Our project works to break down the myths and stereotypes that far too often delay or prevent men from reaching out to fight depression. Depression is a serious issue with men accounting for 3-4 times the number of suicides (WHO, Preventing suicide: A global imperative) with depression being a leading cause. This is an issue that needs much more attention as it affects many men as well as their friends and families.
