IRS just released some kind of guidance on treating this like a commodity: http://bit.ly/2gVpTOh (thus we're going to be taxed on mining). How do you guys deal with taxes? Are you setting up some kind of offshore company to mitigate taxes? Are you doing this through a corp instead of sole proprietor to reduce taxes? Would like to learn about this as much as possible so that I can make an informed decision.
