Forget every economic theory you know, a Bitcoin future has more potential than we can even imagine

Throughout history, any revolution in our ability to study a subject was accompanied by a revolution in our thinking about it. People are literally dumbing themselves down my clinging to Old concepts of the economy, money, relationships, education, and work.What I see coming very quickly is radically different than anything we've known before.I think this is the whole problem with economics as a field of study... You notice the properties of money are the same properties as a lump of metal or chickens.... Bitcoin is ideal money: the properties that the idea of money has are significantly different qualitatively different than a lump of metal.It turns out things like decentralisation, unconfiscatablity, and immutability are far more important attributes of good money than divisibility, durability, etc. Attributes that help us distinguish Bitcoin from a banana, and yet this is the foundation of modern economics.More to the point, blockchain technology is going to allow us to literally observe a living economy rather than some abstract theoretical model that may or may not correlate with these models.Bitcoin is the invention of the telescope, the invention of the microscope, the invention of a super Collider, genetic technology, invention of Fire, the invention of farming, the invention of the X-ray machine the invention of the computer.... a revolutionary tool that allows us to see the world in ways that we will not be ready to accept.I've said it many times in the past, but with the addition of a few more zeroes in the core protocol or even on a second layer lightning network , a single Bitcoin can service the global economy. Not only that, but we will also be able to actually study real-time phenomena as emergent properties. I would fully expect a completely unexpected set of economic theories to emerge from this.In short, I wouldn't put too much weight in any economic theory today! The 21st century economy is going to be radically different; not only are we going to decentralize money. We are going to decentralize relationships with MGTOW (this personal philosophy is going to achieve so much more than feminism ever could) decentralised work with democratically run worker cooperatives, decentralized education with free online learning platforms and the resurrection of apprenticeships.The manner in which we have arranged all of our most important relationships with each other has been designed to destroy and the gate the potential each and every one of us has Bitcoin is the world's first truly free market and we're going to build something marvellous on top of it and we don't need a bunch of old intellectual hacks holding us back!!!!!We should see the end of bulshit jobs and the rise of productive living. via /r/Bitcoin https://bit.ly/3utuXCx
