I’ve built a rig for mining, specs are: I3 cpu 6x gigabyte 1070 (all using riser cables) Asus 7270-A 16gb ram 1 ssd 1200 watt PSU
It works fine with one GPU but as soon as I plug 2 or more in it will no longer start. I’m assuming a power problem with the PSU but what else could cause this? The fans on the cpu spin up but then cut out after a second. Haven’t seen the fans on the GPUS spin at all, even with one running
